Refreshing, alcohol-free toner deep cleans, removes impurities and stimulates cell renewal after cleansing without drying out the skin. Once skin is clean, apply generously to face and throat to refine skin texture and restore natural pH. Contains citric acid (an alpha hydroxy acid), aloe, witch hazel and chamomile.

Usage Instructions

How to Use:

After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner and apply generously to face and throat. Repeat with fresh pads until no trace of dirt is visible. Discontinue use if excessive irritation develops and consult your physician.
